Home and Building Solutions is a Chicagoland real estate and construction firm — agent, investor, and developer under one roof. Paul Przadka has been buying, building, and selling homes in Cook, Lake, McHenry, and DuPage counties since the 1990s.
We've closed seven homes in the last 24 months ranging from $320K Crystal Lake ranches to $775K Barrington estates. Each one was walked by the same person who lists it, prices it, and answers the phone when buyers call.
Real estate is one part of the business. The other parts — residential remodels, commercial construction, property management — feed back into how we price, stage, and sell. That's the whole arrangement.

Paul runs the deals, walks the jobsites, and answers his own phone.
Paul Przadka is the owner of Home and Building Solutions LLC, a Chicagoland real-estate, construction, and property-management firm active since the mid-1990s. He's licensed under Royal Service Realty and has personally closed dozens of single-family transactions across the north and northwest suburbs.
Before going full-time into brokerage, Paul ran residential and commercial construction projects. That mechanical background still drives every listing — he walks each home before it goes live, identifies what's tired vs. what's structural, and prices to the actual condition rather than the comp printout.
Today the business operates as one small team: Paul lists the homes, his crews do the renovations and managed builds, and the property-management arm handles long-term holds. Calls are answered direct.
